We are a factory which specialized in producing colored Cosmetic Tubes and food plastic packaging soft tubes which include PCR Tube,Pe Tube,Sugarcane Tube,Abl Tube,PBL Tube and biodegradable tubes.
With a total investment of more than 30 million RMB,we introduced the world advanced plastic tube production lines including automatic 8 colors printing machines,glossy and drying all-in-one machines,quick tube extruding machines,tube head injection machines,automatic internal heating BTF-B hot stamping machine,cover assembling machine and some other advanced equipments and choose high quality raw materials to produce.
After decades development of our factory,it now covers an area of 12000 square meters,with more than 200 employees which includes 50 technicians,20 inspectors and more than 130 expericenced ordinary staff.We now have a 90 million pieces annual production capacity of high-grade cosmetic plastic tubes.
Our factory provides many different kinds of monolayers and multilayers tubes from diameter 13mm to 60mm and with the length vary from 40mm to 210mm. These kinds of plastic soft tubes are widely used in cosmetic,medical and chemical products,toothpaste,food etc.
